Step by step process of making veg bread manchurian
Veg bread manchurian is a unique manchurian which is yummy and healthy than any other manchurians. Maida is one of the important ingredient in manchurians. But considering health , i completely avoided maida , also used wheat bread in this recipe.
Lets start the recipe..
Preparation time -10 mins cooking time -10 mins servings - 2
Ingredients
For manchurian balls
- bread 4 slices ( i have taken wheat bread)
- ginger garlic paste (1 table spoon)
- chilly powder (to your taste)
- salt
- 1 cup cabbage -crated
- 1 cup carrot-crated
Other ingredients
- oil
- onion- 1 big ,finely chopped
- garlic- 3 to 4 cloves,finely chopped
- half cucumber-chopped
- green chilly-3 sliced
- capsicum
- soy and tomato sauce ( i used manchurian sauce)
- corn flour
Making process with pictures
1. Blend the 4 slices of bread and transfer to a bowl

2. In that add cabbage , carrot , chilly powder , ginger garlic paste , salt and mix all together to make a soft dough

3. Make small small balls and deep fry them in oil for 3 to 4 mins

4. Now heat oil in a pan. Add onion , garlic , green chilly and saute for few mins
5.Then add cucumber and capsicum and cook for 2 mins
6.Now add each 1 spoon of soy and tomato sauce (i used a compact manchurian sauce.can get in shops)
7.Add a spoon of corn flour and mix well .cook for 2 mins
8. Finally add veg balls and mix well. Garnishing can be done with some cashews and coriander leaves.
Yummy Veg Bread Manchurian balls is ready to serve now.
